"I had booked a stay with this company months prior to our vacation. 2 days before we are scheduled to leave they cancelled the reservation because they double booked with someone staying for an extended time. I was extremely disappointed in the business practice and expected that a rental company would have better communication. We now have no where to stay and there is limited availability."

"This place is lovely! And within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is well-furnished. We were even able to make Thanksgiving Dinner in the kitchen! Our only complaint is communication. I requested a breakdown of charges several times, but still do not have any sort of receipt. I also replied to one of the early confirmation emails requesting to pay for parking inside the building lot (this was offered in the email). No response whatsoever. So we had to park on the street and continually monitor the 4-hour limit during the day."

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The check in and out process was so easy and the apartment itself was immaculate. The views are wonderful and the location is amazing. There are at least four or five breweries within walking distance as well as some really good restaurants. It was a perfect stay!"

"Easy directions to follow for parking, entering the building, and much more. Very clean apartment and the team responds to you insanely quickly with any questions or concerns you may have. This is the only place I stay when I come to spokane because it’s clean, centrally located downtown and extremely walkable to bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping. 5 stars every time!"

"We have stayed in several of these apartments. They are perfect! Great furnishings, very well appointed kitchens, excellent AC (very important in Spokane), very very clean, and great host. The building has a sublime rooftop area with outdoor seating and great lighting for evenings. The fitness room is well appointed and very clean. We love this place!!! We will always stay there when in Spokane. Oh and there is a great coffee shop 100’ away and awesome brew pub across the street!"
