"We have had a great experience thus far. The management is easy to get along with, maintenance is quick to respond with fixes, the homes are kept very nice inside and out."
"So far so good 1 week in the new place, Lillie was great at helping us through the whole process and maintenance has been on top of it after our walk through and as we find little things here and there. definitely a much quieter and nicer area than we came from, and the homes are cozy and beautiful."
"Update! So fast-forward about 7 months and the experience has gone downhill fast. I cannot believe the nickel-and-dime game that we experienced during our move out walkthrough. We were warned to expect this by other former tenants. We put so much effort into being compliant loyal and awesome tenants, who took care of our rental. We were often commended for being great tenants. We were told by the staff that they loved us. The staff also commented on how well kept our rental was. We were never late with our rent. We were never in violation of any of the rules, even though we were wrongly accused of leaving out our trash cans. They weren’t our cans and we were able to set things straight. The accusation came while we were out of town on vacation so that made it double troubling. The vibe of the place seemed to just go sour fast after this accusation. I feel targeted for some reason. All culminating in the unfair move out walkthrough . Honestly, I feel a deep betrayal because it is so so bad that this would happen during a major life change for us. I hope to never need to deal with Prodogy ever again. Current tenants should read their contract, and not let the staff dictate what the expectations are. Also read the Idaho State Law about when it is appropriate for deposits to be forfeited. Future tenants, if this is your only option, I get it. Make sure that you go through the unit with a fine tooth comb because we are looking at getting dinged for minor pre-existing items, that seemed to be no big deal to us when we moved in. I admit that in our situation there are some damages that we did cause and do expect to pay a fair price for. I may update this review as we continue with Prodogy through this process. They get 1 star because the initial three months or so was a good experience. Initial Review: They have an amazing administrative staff and maintenance crew here to help tenants with their needs. The amenities include the use of the beautiful clubhouse, gym, pool, private dog park, dog washing station, and bocce ball area. The staff puts on seasonal social events for the tenants to attend. These rentals are conveniently located next to a beautiful park that has basketball court, 2 large pavilions, a 3 level playground, splash pad, pickle ball courts, an amphitheater, walking paths, open grass areas and doggie bag dispensers. This location is also ideal because it is just a 3 minute drive from everything you need like churches, schools, gas stations, Walmart, coffee shops, restaurants, a spa, banks, an indoor shooting range, hair salons, a golf course, a pet shop, auto repair shops, and access to the interstate. Literally everything you need is close by but far enough away that you are in a quite rural area with mountain views. We live in the cottages and the staff does a good job of maintaining the landscaping and common areas. There is adequate guest parking, The units come with garages, window coverings, heating and a/c. The rent is on the higher side, however there seem to be fluctuations that allow for opportunities to get in on a more affordable rate. So far we love it for the 3 1/2 months that we’ve been here. ."
"Nice area next to the large park in Post Falls. Rent is very high and will probably soon increase due to population growth and a lack of housing. The rental properties are very nice, although a little crowded. Traffic is also up due to the high numbers of people in such a small space. Some large families are crowding into small rentals. This makes parking in some areas difficult due to five or six vehicles attempting to park near a three bedroom house."
"Really great management. Nicole was amazing to work with. The units are spacious and very well put together. The grounds are well kept and overall i would highly recommend. From move in to move out we really enjoyed our stay."
