"Absolutely great place to live. Well priced, quiet, friendly, and Shawna the manager is fantastic! She is always there for any issues and also prevents issues as well. Location is outstanding, near everything and the trail. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place. I feel that even though older apartment complex it is better than any of the newly built ones."

"Been living here for a little over a year, this being my first apartment so I don't have alot to compare it to. I can say this, the apartments are older so don't go expect luxury BUT for the price, location, and general atmosphere of the apartments it's been great! Fair priced considering the economy and in comparison to other apartments in the area. Here's my general thoughts: Pros: *Prices are fair *landlord is nice and easy going *location is great *neighbors are chill *pets are allowed for most spots *there's a dog park *apartments are enclosed (great for winter) *bike wrack available *landlord keeps up on posting for all tenets (updates on rent renewal, emergencies via txt ect) Cons: *apartments are older *landlord can be hard to get ahold of somtimes as well as maintenance. *parking for guests is very limited *no recycling bin available just trash Overall been a good place to live! :)"

"I got denied cuz I owed a 1700 medical bill from 7 years ago and also cuz I have a weed charge that they all but dismissed I just had to pay a small fine. Not at all equal housing rights. I pay my rent and bills on time for years and have no eccitions. Wow what a picky place I said all but dismissed I didn’t say it was. But I called last Friday and told you about the charge and you said it wasn’t an issue so glad you give out false info"

"The Manager Shawna was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the place. She also made my transition and move from out of state very easy and fast. The location is very clean and classy and has easy access to the I-90. Parking is limited but the place is very pet friendly and has low to no crime."

"Lived here one year six months thus far and just signed another year while waiting on VA loan to buy a house. Management is fantastic and on the spot with needs.maintenance is quick and personable. Two parking spots assigned for two adult family. Pet area with potty bags provided. Nice playground area. Some issues with other people not picking up after pets but that is no fault of the complex itself. Rent is great and only electric is paid out of pocket. Fantastic upkeep of the parking area though it is difficult for the two days they repave every year there is plenty of parking in the lots across the tracks. Very on spot in the winter with de icing and snow blowing. The manager actually is out in her jacket clearing the walkways two or more times a day. We won't move out until we are ready to buy a house because this is by far the best complex we have ever lived in. Right next to centennial trail which is great for walking and riding. To prevent molds they require a specific service be used for carpet cleaning. We asked about pricing because with a dog and child after a year and a half the carpets could use it. They are having the cleaners come in and clean the high traffic areas at no cost which is amazing to me and a perfect example of the quality of integrity of the management."
