"We love living at the residence at Tullamore, the management is incredible, professional, timely, every detail quality, from the apartment we are in, to the parking lot, heated garage, the club house, recently had to make a work order call, management schedule it immediately, Chevie the maintenance man showed up, completely pulled appliances apart cleaned and adjusted them, installed a new thermostat control to the central heat and ac,everything is now working perfect, I believe it starts at the top, Arianna Wikle and her awesome team, I would easily recommend living here."
"They charge you for an 8 bedroom 4 bathroom house and let you live in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment This just comes to show you how greedy all Americans are."
"BE AWARE!!!! Arianna was in charge of handling this issue, TULLAMORE took my admin fee of $200.00 after they denied my application. (Admin fee was supposed to be refunded if you’re denied or applied to rent if accepted) They Came back and offered me the apartment with 3x the amount of the required deposit! Originally wanted 3X the amount of rent up front but I stated that wasn’t legal, so they came back and wanted 3x the deposit instead! These people are NOT honest and try to use grey areas and verbal promises to rip you off!! Get all promises in writing and do NOT believe them when they say they will refund this fee. I believe the MANAGEMENT company is based in California (you can probably tell by their insensitive/corporate responses to a lot of these reviews) !! Took 2 weeks for them to come back with an approval or denial. My denial was based on “regional management not feeling comfortable enough” and felt comfort in collecting 3x the amount of my deposit! BE AWARE this is my personal experience!"
"Lived in the Tullamore community for 2 years so far between the cottages at Tullamore and the residence at Tullamore. Really enjoy the quiet area, the friendly and attentive staff and the nice community. Maintenance is always quick and very friendly, there’s a really cute dog park at the main complex. I really enjoy living here and renting at the residence."
"Positives: Living there was lovely for the most part. Nice to have access to garage. Nice two bed, two bath place. Better than other apartment we've lived in. Girls at front desk very sweet and helpful. Good spot close to amenities, parks, and schools. Negatives: 1) mildew was prone to grow in the corners and in the windows. Not an airtight apartment. 2) The carpet was not installed properly and was fraying at the edges (like, staples would poke into your foot). When addressed about carpet issue, the office would send people to "stretch" the carpet... Which just meant cutting off the frayed ends, adding a couple more staples, and fraying again the next day. Then they charged us a lot after we moved out for ... Guess what... Fraying carpets! 3) no matter how good you clean (and I mean, toothbrush around things, sweep, scrub floor till it was cleaner than a new apartment), expect to be charged a hundred or so bucks for "light cleaning" (i.e. they look around, say "awesome", and then charge you). Overview: great... no ...AMAZING!!! to live there, but painful/expensive as heck to get out of there."
