"Oddly, this is a great place to pick up your order. It's a bit of a drive being in NE part of town, but it's easy to get in and out of. Great and friendly staff that will bring your order and, if needed, assist loading it in your vehicle."

"Helped my daughter and son-in-law, pickup a bed frame on the weekend. It would be helpful if instructions were posted online before we showed up. Parked in the parking lot and started walking up to the entrance when an employee shout "just get in the line if your picking up". Found the pickup line and then waiting 30 minutes. Backed up to the loading dock and handed paper work to the dock worker. Waited another 40 minutes for them to find all the pieces."
