"I bought a washer & dryer from here April 1st, 2022. I have been texting ICT Appliances about the washer leaking since the 2nd week we had it. We were told 30 days warranty. When delivered, which we paid extra for, we were told if anything went wrong to let the company know & someone would come fix it right away. ICT Appliances set a date for April 23, 2022 & May 19, 2022 to come fix the washer. I got a text May 9th saying that the part had been ordered. Not one person showed up or called to reschedule. I have since reached out. No replies received or phone calls returned. This company is by far the worst I have had dealings with. I will be contacting the BBB soon if something isn't done to fix my washer. I have all the texts to prove what I just wrote. Today is September 20, 2022. December 30, 2022, Reply to their reply: I was given the store address on the 1st thread I was on asking about the washer & dryer set. I was going to come look at the set at the store. It absolutely was an ICT Appliances employee I was texting/talking to."

"This place has good prices on used machines and are willing to help with service. They made a late house call to come fix a washer we bought from them and couldn't have possibly done any more to be helpful. They went above and beyond. For those mentioning communication yes it can be slow but it's a one man small business and I'm pretty sure it's not his only job, just gotta have some understanding and patience because they'll do right by you."

"We lost our home and almost all of our personal property in the Andover tornado. Once we got a rental, one of the first replacement items we needed to get was a washer and dryer. Picked out a good used set and it was delivered and installed within hours. Great selection, good pricing, good communication and awesome customer service. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a good used set with a warranty."

"I want to give a shout out to ICT appliance for taking care of my family and I, I had a emergency where my washer and dryer both messed up and I was working with a budget , went to the store and we were able to work out a deal for a set and were willing to help me, I didn’t have a truck so they offered to help me deliver the set and also installed them even though it was late already. If you are looking for a local , willing to help , honest business look no further!! Highly recommend & they have my business !!"
