"It seems that when I first left my review I never gave my reason why. In October of last year, we had a court date set that Mr. Garcia failed to show for. We were left in a whirlwind of confusion, thankfully someone we knew was there to help us. I left a one-star review shortly after. Then a few months later, Mr. Garcia had the audacity to send my family a letter stating that, because he is “a family friend,” he did us a favor by offering his services for free.
