"I am writing to praise your team for exceptional service on Wednesday, 10 January, 2024. Until today, I have yet to have the pleasure of shopping at your store at 9983 E Kellogg. A friend recommended this location for your selection and prices. I couldn’t be happier I went with their wisdom and chose Groves for our wedding’s open-bar selections. As soon as I walked in, the staff asked how they could help. Believe me, I needed it. Courtney did not hesitate to say “Let me help.” She grabbed a cart and walked me around the store recommending various choices. She was knowledgeable, kept me in budget, and was super friendly (and patient). Kuddos to her on every marker. Also, please send my thanks to Mark Ronnfeldt. He helped gather selections while Courtney and I shopped. He was also there at check-out to box and load my final purchase. His professionalism and friendliness were above and beyond. Brooke and I live on the other side of Wichita. But, this west-sider won’t hesitate to visit Groves again. Your team is absolutely exceptional, which is more important to me than your fantastic selection and unbeatable prices. You’re the best, and I want to tell you that before our BIG day. "I called ahead of time to ask about the price of a certain bottle. Ron told me that if I came there he would give me the bottle for less than $80 total price. I got there, and they charged me almost $84 total price. I was price shopping and I drove 30 minutes to get to this location just to pay more than $80 for this bottle when I could have continued to price shop. He told me he would work with me and this is what he came up with. Extremely disappointed. If I had known he was going to charge me that much I would have continued to look around to try to find a better price. But he swore up and down that he would do less than $80. Obviously not."
