"I had my blood drawn today by Andre ‘Lashia’ Williams. Normally it is very hard to find my veins, but she did an excellent job! As long as I can remember it has taken several tries, but she did it on the first try. It was effortless, and when the needle went in, I didn’t even feel it. I’m so appreciative to her! Great job!!"

"I have four kids and they all have been seen by Karen Blackburn and Luke Nichole. For years and as a stay at home mom my job is my children and they both have gone above and beyond to help make sure my kids well being is right. From a small cold to covid and other health issues they take great care of us all. So i would like to say thank you so much for being great health providers."

"This morning I called to make an appointment because my child's fever is 101.0. I was met with sarcasm and a rude statement from a patient rep asking me if I knew my phone number. First of all you have caller ID and second, please don't ask me to verify my health insurance immediately when the call begins. There was no empathy displayed for the child throughout the call. I then had to deal with immaturity due to what she calls her short term memory. If you would have been actively listening, I would have told you who I wanted to see this morning. Absolutely not happy with my experience this morning.We can do better!"

"The nurse practitioner Val Anderson was very nice and helpful She was thorough and concerned about what was going on with me The lady that drew my blood was very personable and put me at ease because I told her my veins are small. However the woman that called me back for my appointment was short with me. She mentioned something about why I was there and I didn't understand what she said. She raised her voice and said "Why are you here?" She acted like she was in a hurry to leave."
