"My daughter and I went and were ready to make several costly purchases for 4 houses we are currently remodeling with several others next. However we were never greeted or asked if we needed any help. Several employees looked at us and carried on with their conversations with other employees. We weren't the only ones getting this poor service. We talked to two other people that were waiting to be helped as well. We all walked out after being blatantly ignored. I won't recommend this place to any of my family or friends."

"This place is amazing! They have such a wide selection…you could spend all day looking. Shout out to Abby who helped me return some sample tiles that I had purchased. I didn’t have my receipt and she became a detective trying to track down my purchase. Excellent service!"

"My husband and I went on Sunday, October 8th for some inspiration shopping for a bathroom we will be doing in a couple months. While we were walking around, we found the perfect tile on clearance and there were just the perfect number of tiles for our project. One of the associates, Jace P. helped us with the tile. Then when we continued shopping, he was very helpful by creating a quote for the items we will still need. Now I have a shopping list to follow for the rest of the supplies. He was also extremely helpful by bringing items so we could see selections together. Particularly, we were looking at the wall tile and trying to look at floor tile and he grabbed a sample kit of different grouts so that we could see what they all looked like together. He made sure we were refreshed and was a very joyful person. We only bought the wall tile during that trip, but will definitely be back for other supplies!"
