"The receiving department is horrible. The guy is always grumpy. They don't start until 9am and complain if you get there before your appointment. They aren't smart enough to check the freight off as it comes off the trailer so they wait to count the pieces closer to your appointment (that is if you get unloaded early) it takes him nearly 30 minutes to check the load off when he does finally start. this place has the worse management of any home depot, menards or Lowes that ive ever been to. I pray that Mr. Grumpy gets born again so he can someday enjoy life."

"I needed to purchase an air compressor and decided to choose curbside for the convenience. Isaiah was so fast bringing my order out! Great customer service!"

"We live over an hour from the east store. I'd ordered a Maytag washer and dryer which took a week to be delivered to the store since they do not make deliveries in our area. We got to the store and notified them of our arrival, gave them the information they needed, and told them we had quite a bit of shopping to do. They told us they would bring them out front and they would be by the customer service when we were done. When we came back to get someone to help us inspect and load them for us, it took almost an hour of waiting. Way too much time. The washer had a dent in it. I did not want to wait another week and have to drive back. Fortunately, they discounted it for us. Most of the employees were very helpful."

"A reliable home improvement store for East Wichita, at K-96 and Rock. Home Depot seems to have the more accurate website for store inventory searches when hunting down something specific, so for this reason I go to HD for anything that is harder to find. This location is like the rest of it’s kind with some good employees, some decent, and some terrible. The shipper section of special deals on tools and gadgets is always worth checking out when visiting here. I can recommend this HD, but only when the area is convenient since it can be an absolute nightmare getting in and out of that lot."
