"Homeland installed two large glass walls to enclose our 400 square foot patio. We had a great experience with Homeland. The crew was punctual, polite, skilled and professional. I honestly wondered if they were going to lose money on the job because the workers, and in particular the lead man, Chino, cared so much and were so meticulous. "Normally, we have the resources to do a remodel by ourselves, with the help of family and friends. But this time, we decided we just wanted it done, and done right. So we bit the bullet, and sprung for a bonafide contractor and people who know all the codes and rules. We are sure glad we did. We ran into quite a few problems that would have been real issues for a do-it-yourselfer. But Homeland always had everything under control. They knocked out a wall between the old bathroom and pantry the first couple of days and spent the next four weeks turning that indoor "outhouse" with a tub into a Veteran's Administration and ADA approved bathroom that is just beautiful. They were very professional and friendly all the time. Except for a few of the changes I added, they came in right on budget too and they completed the job on time. I know people think they can save money doing it themselves, but sometimes a person is further ahead to just let the professionals handle it. We are so glad that we found Homeland Construction and recommend them highly to anyone who is planning on remodeling."
