"I don't know about people who complained, but we actually got a great room! The bed and bed sheets were clean, the floor was clean, had clean towels and spare toilet paper. The bed was actually very comfortable and the room looked nice overall. The receptionist was also very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended, would return again. 5/5"
"The night time front desk attendant was so awesome. He helped me with every issue I had during my stay. I'm giving it only 3 stars because the room was very hot since the air conditioning wouldn't work properly. The bath tub doesn't drain very well. There was no ice buckets or cups. There was food on the bathroom floor and the towels looked dirty, thank God I brought my own"
"This place is the BEST place to stay in Boise. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and the beds??? The most comfortable bed I have slept in. I overslept my 11:00 a.m. checkout time and the staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place!!!"
"Bathroom was poor, a curtain but no shower curtain, toilet lid was broken, toilet seat and lid need replacing, no towels provided daily, small sink with no extra counterspace. Air conditioning did work, poorly lit, cinderblock walls and popcorn ceilings, highly dated, not an exciting place, won't stay here again. Would not consider it a safe location for walking. Booked through Hotwire."
"Where do I start, about 8 squares of toilet paper on the roll, no spare, asked for a smoking room, and they moved us to a non smoking room, thats fine, but the room they gave us felt very unsecured. Floors were dirty, left out feet dirty, no hot water, curtains were falling down, walls were filthy, broken dresser. It worked for what we needed it for, a cheap place to sleep."
