"First night staying there was fine I guess, the next morning two maintenance workers entered my room followed by the owner verbally berating them in front of me, (I have video btw) and then left screaming on the phone in the parking lot. Very unprofessional. Also if you book on Priceline and it’s booked take a look at the receipt before signing because they don’t accept third party despite advertising on the website. I’m about to file a claim because of this"

"This place is absolutely disgusting! We walked in with unswept floors, there were gross things on the bed, there was no toilet paper on the roll, there were chips on the floor and the drawers, there was mold in our shower, the microwave was gross, the smoke alarm is nonexistent, there were cigarette burns on our blankets in a NONSMOKING room, the batteries in our remote was dead, the sink was disgusting, and there were sugar ants were on our bed."

"Worst place ever discussing rude and molanie the owner is a hateful and dispitful lady she takes people deposits and money and refuses to fix things. I would suggest never staying here or working here. If she doesn't like you she will yell at you and cuss and you and threaten you with the police. Worst customer service ever. She doesn't like to give people money back she steals their money and she is very racist over other people but her kind. She cusses at u if she doesn't like you and tell you to get the f out of her property. The rooms smell and the beds are horrible stains and mold. I stayed there before and I feel bad for everyone who has ever delt with her."

"This place is a dump and the owners and employees are a bunch of tweekers and crooks. I booked a room and when I got there, the employee who was very clearly tweeking his brains out, said he couldn't give me the room cus they were all filled up. But I booked the room over the phone. So, obviously I asked for a refund and he refused. So, you allowed me to book a room, knowing you were full and took my money anyway. They stole from me. He no doubt took my money and pocketed it for more meth. It's wild this place is still in business."

"If I could give a negative star review I absolutely would! I have never experienced such an unprofessional encounter in any establishment. My daughter is a student at Boise state and while down visiting for parents weekend I selected this hotel mostly for the price and location. My daughter and her childhood friend met us at the hotel as we prepared to go see the sites and I was verbally assaulted by the owner of all people who screamed at me for having people there I can understand not wanting to turn this disgusting hotel into a trap but there was absolutely no understanding in this woman. She proceeded to call me a liar when I informed her that I was given the rules. She accused us of smoking weed (with the door and curtains open) and was screaming at the top of her lungs. If that wasn’t bad enough when I went in the next day to let them know I would have a vehicle with me trying to avoid any further alterations she was screaming at an employee and didn’t miss a beat to start back in on me. That alone would have me tell people this is not the place to go but also the room was disgusting. There was still urine on the toilet the shower handle was broken as well as the lamp shade. The entire experience was horrible and the owner is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have encountered. She kept my deposit for having my daughter in the room. I would absolutely say AVOID SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!"
