"Avoid! There was something sketchy with administration. We got there and the staff person couldnt find our reservation, they claimed they always have problems with expedia. Then they were going to put us in a room, had some guy go check it was available. There was a staff member staying there. They finished up our new paperwork then found our original. Someone else had signed under my name and they were in our original room. They said they had a new system and it kept messing up and how she book someone to an already occupied room the other week. And they called the cops. It was 1am so we didnt want to go somewhere else. We were so sketched out we put our table in front of the door. The room was surprisingly clean. Then in the am we go to check out. There was no one at the desk. We had to call the number, the maintenance guy (the staff member staying in the room from the night before) came to check us out. There was and issue with the system and it was saying we owed 50$ and that someone paid 40$cash the night before (which we didnt do as we prepaid through expedia) then he couldnt get a manager on the phone to help. We didnt get charged, but who paid $40 cash on our room that was paid in full. The maintenance guy told us the guy that was in the room we were supposed to be in reported blood on the sheets. Anywho super sketchy. Avoid! Seemed like people were living there as there was a school bus stop there in the am with a bunch of kids getting on. Also the staff although seemed nice gave off some unsettling vibes."
"The best hospitality I've ever received from a hotel or motel. The new owners, Ashley and Michael went out of their way to make sure my friend and I had a room after a very long day on the road, even though it was super late and they were almost totally booked. They got us a room cleaned and reset in record time, and were so nice and accommodating. In the morning, Chris at the front desk was super kind and helpful. Thank you guys for taking care of us. Good luck on the new business!"
"We would give this hotel 0 stars if we could. It was quite literally the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. First of all, THIS IS NOT A BEST WESTERN HOTEL. When we booked, on a third-party website, it was labeled as such, but when we checked in, we found out they “haven’t been affiliated with Best Western in years.” This is incredibly misleading and false advertising, and we are considering reporting them both to Best Western and the Better Business Bureau. When we went to unlock our door on the second night, we found that our key cards were not working. Someone on the other side of the door knocked and said it was the wrong room. THEY HAD GIVEN OUR ROOM AWAY. Not only this, but the few things we had left behind were now unaccounted for. We went to the lobby and saw my curling iron sitting on the counter, but the other items were not there. I can only assume they were taken or thrown away. Luckily, they were not of much value. The three employees behind the counter attempted to explain what happened but their stories did not seem consistent. Based on what they said they probably assumed we had left because we had taken our stuff out of the room, or they just assumed without even checking. Obviously, we hadn’t taken everything so even the first option would not make sense. They then put us in another room, this one worse than the last in terms of cleanliness, but we only stayed a few hours since we had a flight early the next morning. You would think that would be the end of the saga, however when we left in the morning, we went to the lobby to check out, as you do. When we came up to the counter, the woman behind the counter just looked at us and then said, rudely, “Can I help you?” We told her we were checking out and she just said “ok” and took our keys. We were confused because usually they need a little more information and asked if that was all she needed, and only then did she even ask the room number. This caused us to think that checking people out without them doing so themselves is a common occurrence. Travelers beware, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL."
"The only people giving this place over 3 stars are the crack heads that live here, and if I could give this place negative stars, I would. Went to check in and waited over 20 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk, not to mention the whole lobby REEKED of weed. We originally booked online, and they some how didn’t have our reservation details or information even though we booked through THEIR website. After payment, they couldn’t print out a receipt so we never signed anything and they never told us our total. Broken down cars spread throughout the parking lot and trash pretty much everywhere outside. The biggest thing are the people that appear to be living at the Airport Inn. One man came stumbling around the corner, and our dog (who is never aggressive) started barking at him. This is a pretty big red flag, as our dog is people friendly and loves attention, but he was clearly as sketched out by this guy as we were. The rooms were grungy at best. Smelled strongly like a nursing home, I suspect that the sheets were also not washed based on the stains all over the pillow cases. Not to mention this creepy guy that walked past our room (where there is a large open window) about 6 times, with no evidence that he was grabbing anything or something. My brother went to grab his backpack from his car and spotted some vice grips sitting on one of the tables through one of the windows of a room that we saw one of the men leave from. Not a very comforting feeling. Honestly, the whole “Inn” seems like a front for something else. Would NOT bring any kids here, or if you are a woman traveling alone, avoid this place at all costs. Based on some of the reviews I am seeing on google, it seems like they double book people and the meth heads that live there are breaking into rooms. Not to mention that they seem to have a problem giving someone a refund even when THEY screwed up. Safe to say, we left after an hour and found somewhere else to stay. UPDATE: I did some more research on the a Airport Inn, and found a sex offender living in the building. I reiterate, DO NOT bring your kids here!!!"
"What can I say about this place? Not much. Besides having a *mostly* clean room it kinda sucks. Sketchy people hanging out all over the place. We were initially given a room that was already occupied so when we open the door two men are already in there. Went down got a new room, initially thought it was deadbolt from inside only to find out it had been kicked in previously and messed up the door latching. Really have to body slam the door to open it. The random pubic hairs on the bathroom wall and light switches was a decorative touch. Girl at the front desk was nice, but really should have a better way of making sure people aren't going into strangers rooms at midnight. No idea on breakfast it was over before we were up. Location is great right by the airport close to i84. Convenient. But if you can get a diff place I'd go for another option next time for sure"
