"Do not take your lamps here for repair. I wish I had a picture of the first attempt. The cord was covered with a cloth, and he left the cloth halfway up the cord. Awful. I can't speak for their sales"

"Salesman was very nice and confirmed my order would be received in a few weeks. I even asked him to check to be sure and he did. A few weeks went by and now we are looking at 2+ months before we receive the item. Not good! Just tell the truth so customers know what they are dealing with."
