"Bed bought June 11th, 2021. Had it in storage until my gf moved in with me. We bought the matching box spring at that time. The bed has sunk in about 5" on one side since we started using it. We have the matching box spring foundation for the bed. Warranty was not honored when claim was submitted. There is no way to speak to customer service. They said the only way to contact them is through text but they never texted back. We spent about $750. This is what the Better Business Bureau has to say about Mattress Firm: "According to numerous complaints received in our office, consumers allege that Mattress Firm sells merchandise of poor quality, fails to adhere to their own guarantee, and lacks transparency in relaying their polices. Upon receipt of their purchased items, many consumers report the items are incorrect and differ in brand or model. Additional allegations state the merchandise sold is of poor quality and requires multiple repairs and replacements, also used items are often sold as new. When contacted regarding these concerns, consumers allege the company attempts to charge an additional fee to deliver the correct items." I should have read that before hand."
