"I paid 700$ for materials to complete a epoxy floor project. While ordering the metallic colors, base, Arizona 400 and the poly coat I was given a 1.5 gal kit for a 300 square ft area. When I put this epoxy down there was enough epoxy 400 to coat the floor like you would coat a wall with paint. The floor was ruined as there was not enough material. I called the manufactured and found out the kit they gave me covered 200sq ft per gallon for a colored floor so I had enough to coat the floor with a paint like thickness. If it’s a metallic floor it will only cover 50-80 per gallon so I was extremely far off. Not only is this floor ruined but when I called to make a attempt to redo it I got to listen to how there is no way they knew how much I needed for 300 soft. According to the person I bought it from she used it all the time so you would think the could let me know. I told him I wanted to try and redo it and offered to buy my product there again so I could have the floor I wanted and asked how much it would cost and I was told normal price. I said I lost x amount on your mistake already and your telling me I have to buy at cost. They was nice enough to knock 5 dollars off per kit. At 1 hr away that doesn’t cover the gas to get there or even touch the taxes I’d pay on it. This company is all about money and even their mistakes are not something they take responsibility for."
