"This is an update, Excellent store! Ken was amazing in meeting all of our needs for our kitchen renovation and recently our guest bathroom renovation which we just completed about two weeks ago. We described our design and vision and he came up with the right solution for our backsplashes. This is the third time that we used this store for our renovation projects and Ken and the rest of the team at the store has never let us down. This is the reason that we have continued to return to them for all of our projects in our home. "Stopped in as I was shopping for our bathroom project and needed tile. We were instantly greeted by a friendly gentleman. The layout was nice and had a lot more tile options than the big box (orange and blue) stores. The guy asked what color tile I was looking for and I just said more blue or grey. He insisted that I followed him so he could show me all the blue and grey tile in the store. I followed him around with my wife and 2 kids from one side of the store to the other. I thanked him and said he I would like some time to just look with my wife. Every time I walked out of an isle, he was there. My child needed to use the restroom, so I asked him where it was located. I kid you not, as soon as I walked out and turned the corner, he was there again. He approached me and asked “well, which one do you like”? I replied that I just walked out of the restroom and haven’t had a chance to look yet. He again proceeded to try to show me around. I prefer shopping and not feeling rushed or pressured. I’ve bought cars with less pressure. I finally had all I could take and said I’ve seen enough. My wife was frustrated since she felt like we couldn’t discuss an option without input from a random person. As I was leaving , he followed me out and said if I made my choice now, I could potentially save 15%. I thanked him and said I wasn’t interested. We did not buy because we couldn’t just shop and look. We ended up leaving and going to a larger tile company off of 75th and i35 and made a purchase. Aside from the sales pressure, this place did have options and the other staff seem friendly. The place is clean and I liked how they had examples of how the tile process works, if you’re not experienced, inventory on the shelves looks a little low."
