"We stayed here over the Presidents’ Day weekend and it was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Vicky and the front desk was very helpful and prompt in getting us settled into our room. The buffet style breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff was very nice even stopped at our table to make small talk. Was a great experience."
"This is our second stay here and wow what a difference!! Hot tub water was greenish and just warm, had a giant hair ball (I mean giant!), a band aid, and other random things floating around. Food wasn't nearly as good and they took away the thing our kids were super excited about (captain crunch chicken strips!!). The food is also crazy over priced. The "burger" was the size of a slider and Didn't include a side... just a normal size plate with a teenie tiny burger, pretty pathetic. When we talked to the waitress she didn't seem interested in us at all. She offered to bring some potatoes or Mac n cheese as a side, but never discussed charging us $6 for each, and it was again a tiny little thing of Mac n cheese. Very upset and surprised there were no fridges in the rooms. Would also be nice if they had drinks in the restaurant, not just overpriced wine and beer."
"This is nothing but a "roadside motel" the lowest of the motel/hotel categories. Vastly overpriced. Decorating is grey, black, white - totally bland to the point of being ugly. The housekeeping in my room included shower doors so water etched as to be cloudy, the soap dispenser was inoperable and I had to shower using shampoo! During the holiday season one might expect some decorations - but all I found was one pumpkin on a post by the check-in desk. There are no meeting rooms, and that's really a shame, as the Ashley used to be a destination. Now there is NO reason to stop here except to pay a high price for a mediocre room with no frig or microwave! My overall impression is management is either non-existent or uncaring."
"Reviewing restaurant in hotel. Did not stay at hotel. By far the best food in Cascade. Like shockingly good for anywhere. I live north of Seattle and it was the best meal I have had in years. True attention to detail in every dish. The seasoning was perfect, good portions, everything was balanced. The kind of food you take a bite, close your eyes in lust, and blurt out some moan with no control. Chef is a mastermind. He also came out to say hi which is nice. Manager and server were friendly, fun, and welcoming."
"We got to cascade around midnight and chose to stay at nobo, we were SO happy we chose to stay there. We immediately got a room upon arrival and were shocked at the quality of the room. So clean and gorgeous, possibly the best and nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. The woman who checked us in was so kind and said she had worked there for over 10 years! All we needed was a nice place to sleep and we were so glad we choose to stay. 10/10 would recommend. So quiet and peaceful. And loved the large shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash, so much nicer than travel size. They also offered a breakfast included in the price of the room that we didn’t end up trying but it probably would’ve been amazing. Pool and hot tub were also open all night!"
