"This place has saved me! I’m thrilled with the treatments I have been receiving for a few months now. "I sought acupuncture after falling at work and badly spraining my ankle. I found Kirsten because of her great Yelp reviews, but then researched her practice a bit more on Instagram and her website. I just got a general good feeling from her site and posts. The location in midtown is easy to find and has easy parking on the street. It’s super cute, it looks like a house and the common waiting room is decorated like a living room with free coffee or tea if you want. As for Kirsten, I can’t say enough good things about her. She is warm and inviting, and makes you feel very much at ease. The intake exam didn’t only focus on my immediate ankle pain, but also explored other areas of my life where I might benefit from acupuncture. The treatment rooms are quiet and peaceful, and decorated so tastefully. During my treatment, Kirsten had me rotate me ankle to figure out the strongest pain point, then inserted a needle (which I barely even felt!) then asked me to rotate my ankle again. I could hardly believe it, but my ankle pain on rotation had gone from a 7 to about a 3! From one needle! I’ve had acupuncture regularly for chronic pain issues, but never for acute pain like this- even I was blown away. "Kirsten is THE BEST!! I’ve been receiving acupuncture treatment from Kirsten for a few months now and have had amazing results. Kirsten is super personable while her office and staff provides a very warm and welcoming experience. I originally sought out treatment for what I thought were minor inconveniences in my day to day life (digestion, stress, etc) only to realize after treatment how much these things affect the quality of everyday life.
