"I was sent to St. Luke’s Urgent Care:Eagle on February 23. I had been having difficulty breathing & could not get in to see my doctor at Internal Medicine nor any doctor. The doctor at urgent care was wonderful. As was his nurse. I don’t remember the nurses name & the only name of the doctor was Christian. They talked to me very calmly but seriously. We joked a little bit. But they strongly suggest that I go to ER. They called ahead to find the least busy ER & called ahead. The great young nurse took me to our car in a wheelchair. My heart rate was 30 so they really knew what I needed. I am very appreciative of both of them."
"We always go here for Xrays or urgent care needs. They have always been quick, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. The staff is great and service is spot on."
"I would not recommend. My husband and I took our 2 and 3 year old in for all of us to get checked out. The checking in took 30 mins even though we were the only ones there and we already have accounts and been there before. The nurse practitioner Christian, who saw us was dismissive and condescending. We told him our symptoms were getting worse but he said since our symptoms were improving?! he wasn’t concerned. We wanted to get chest X-rays but our kids were cranky from being sick and the visit taking an unnecessarily long time we had to leave. Also not sure why no one is remotely friendly."
"The worst care I have ever received in my life was from Dr Christian G. I have countless years of medical history showing routine sinus infections that require antibiotics, and when I went in after 2 weeks of persistent, worsening symptoms (nothing over the counter working) Christian treated me as if I was overreacting to my difficulty breathing. He accused me of "trying to get a doctors note to skip class" (he clearly hadn't checked my records - I'm well out of high school), and then accused me of only coming in for antibiotics even though I "clearly didn't need them". After testing negative for covid, strep, and flu, he refused to acknowledge me - shoved my papers in my hands with a prescription for a random antibiotic not meant for sinus infections and walked away, ignoring me completely when I tried to ask him questions. Because my sinus infection wasn't properly treated it turned into bronchitis, which has taken 6 full weeks for me to recover from. Christian was sexist, uncaring, and neglectful, and should not be practicing."
"I drug myself to this urgent care with a high fever just to make sure it wasn't something serious. I was the only patient in the building. The check up was fine and the NP pleasant but the whole "nurse will be back with your paperwork" thing left me sitting there for 20 minutes while everyone outside the door was shooting the breeze about Peppa Pig and various other nonsense. I walked out and passed exactly 7 staff that were all sitting around chatting. The NP saw me and got from her conversation to hand me my paperwork. This has happened every singe time I've been there in a 10 year span and I will never return. I hate leaving reviews but this isn't a restaurant and I'm very sick. This is no way to conduct a health practice. I don't want a canned answer with a customer support number. I already filed a complaint with them. I want to know how my concerns have been addressed and I'll remove this review. As of now I'll take my chances with Primary Health."
