"Tried to go for my first appointment and it turns out they have a mandatory mask rule that you are not warned about ahead of time. I have no problems with mask rules and completely understand why some places have them but I have extreme anxiety related to masks and hyperventilate in most. They offer no medic exceptions! If I had been told in advance I could have been prepared and brought one I could stand to use. They were very uncaring about it and I was extremely upset afterwards. Horrible experience!"

"I have had horrible treatment at lifeway's in Caldwell Idaho, they are constantly going through counclelors, I talked to three different ones in six months and I started recording my sessions after I picked up my records. I talked to a nurse last time and in her report she quotes me as saying " I am actually a pretty important guy and a pretty big deal around here. I am friends with many politicians and people of power". I know Brooks and Dunn and I call their advertisement manager all the time". In my assessment (nurse Misti) to be very scattered and grandiose. "I used to dress up go into downtown Boise and I would be recognized" My kids thought it was cool I was so popular". OMG! I don't even know Brooks and Dunn's manager I don't know any people of "power" I did talk about my career in the 90's but NEVER have I thought I was important and a big deal! There is much more but this woman. Nurse Misti should lose her license over this and there is so much more that is wrong with this record! Marty Hinnenkamp"

"This place is horrible. I've been coming here for over 6 years. The service got worse over time and they have made many mistakes. Now they have terminated my counselor who I needed and trusted because she refused the vaccine. I am disgusted. It will take me forever to find a replacement. Boycott lifeways!"

"They’re constantly going through staffing, both front desk and the therapists. Then they assign you to a new therapist and you don’t get a choice.. then they’ll “discharge “ you without actually letting you know. Call to make an appointment and the front desk is rude and tells you you’ve been discharged, they’re not taking new clients and then hang up on you! By far my worst experience.. it’s no wonder they lose so much staff, this place is horrible!"

"Went through three therapist, they were moving or couldn't take my insurance things like that. The sessions were still charged to me, and they are high priced for a 45 min session. Would not recommend."
