"Appleton Clinic is the most amazing doctor’s office! I registered my dad there while he was in between insurance and the care he received was beyond anything I’ve ever seen. To start, whenever the desk ladies saw us pull up, they’d bring out a wheelchair and help us in. As for our visits, we saw Dr. Ross and it was a great experience every time. We never felt like we were rushed in and out and although I was my dad’s translator (English isn’t his native tongue), Dr. Ross took the time to talk directly to him and get to know him. The staff’s kindness overall is unparalleled. We were in a bit of a tight squeeze trying to get my dad moved in to an assisted living facility and after learning about our circumstance, Dr. Ross and his team helped us expedite all of the tests, physicals, faxes, and everything the facility required before move in. It seemed everyone in the office knew me, my dad, and our situation and they were all behind us in getting things sorted out. Finally, their office is immaculate. Everything is clean and new and the office is full of natural light. It was a pleasure to drop in every time. I can't sing their praises enough. If you're looking for direct-pay care, I'd HIGHLY recommend this Appleton Clinics!"

"Appleton is by far the best experience I have had with a doctors office. I took my 3 year old daughter in for her first time, and she was very scared and crying. They did absolutely everything they could think of to help cheer her up so she would have a positive experience. They were all so patient, kind, and helpful. Dr. Ross was so awesome and very informative, which I appreciate. My daughter went from crying and not wanting anyone to touch her or be near her, to waving goodbye with a smile to the nurses and front desk and giving fist bumps with Dr. Ross. Absolutely amazing experience!"

"After having our last two direct care offices close abruptly, we joined Appleton. So far we have had only good experiences. I find the membership fee to be extremely reasonable especially with kids. We have health insurance however paying for direct care is well worth it. It’s nice to be able to get responses quickly and be seen quickly. We have all seen Dr. Ross and he is one of the best doctors I have taken my kids to in the valley. My family and I all try to take a functional approach to health and he is respectful of that. He provides excellent bedside manner, gives you full attention during appointments, takes your concerns seriously and gives you the available options. After struggling to find quality care for the last few years, we are happy with Appleton."
