"I went here yesterday for the first time and I could not be more impressed. Literally every single detail about my experience was 5 stars. The building, reception, the exam room, all new and clean and organized and welcoming. The receptionist was pleasant and funny and fast, she handled everything with great competence and congeniality. The nurse was professional and yet warm and friendly. Dr. Morris was great, he really took the time to intelligently explain everything. He laid out all of my options and gave his recommendations while always acknowledging my right of autonomy to make my own informed choices. "If I could go lower I would. The appointments went fine and everything was going as planned until I needed testing done. Since I am a pedestrian and cannot drive it is always preferable to get testing done in a place as close to me as possible. Without warning from these offices I was told by my laboratory that they wouldn't do this test, I needed to go to St Luke's in Nampa, I got there and waited for 35 mins in the waiting room just to be told that they don't do the test there. I would have to go to Boise to have the test done. Don't know about anyone else but I am not walking 50 miles to have a test done. Someone needed to tell me this before hand , before I walked over 40 miles trying to get this test done. I am not happy and don't think anyone else would be either."
