"Called to help my Spanish speaking friend confirm information that he did not understand. The lady on the phone sounded very annoyed when she first answered the phone before we could even talk. She put me on hold and when she returned, I asked to help confirm the information which he asked me to do and she sounded annoyed again to even he talking to me. As I was translating what she said to my friend, she hung up on me without even saying anything. Terrible service. Do not recommend for Spanish speakers."
"I was supposed to have appointment on Wednesday 28th the doctor called me the day before he was nice and asked me to fax him my religious exemption before I come to my appointment The receptionist called me back 1h after but omg she is so rude and unprofessional i never seen someone talking to peoples that way I scheduled an appointment for next week she told me it’s $700 for the medical exam but since I was at work I was like I can call them back the next day. the next day I call her to ask if I can have the breakdown on why is it $700 she said not it’s actually $750 and I don’t know why then said you can go somewhere else she must not know the law because every patient has the right to have a price breakdown before doing exam . to talk to peoples like that I’ll definitely report this to the STATES and USCIS what a shame…."
"We were able to setup an appointment within 2 weeks for a family of four for the immigration medical examination. All other clinics listed on the USCIS website , listed in the Boise area had stopped servicing this request or the next available appointment was two to three months out. Micron at Boise has its own clinic for it's employees . This clinic was our best option. We did notice the price difference. The clinic was just ok . The doctor (Dr Savala )and his assistant ( Rosa) were professional. They took the time to explain and handled the 5Y and 10Y medicals easy. They understand the process and the paper work and completed it in a week. It was worth the drive to Caldwell to get it done in two weeks. I would recommend them for immigration medical process . Please don't expect fancy facilities but you don't need much just a quick completion of paper work. I hope this helps."
"Let’s do the positive part of this first: An immigration physical is generally far booked out anywhere else you go. This company can fit you in with short notice. They are well versed with the paperwork and you can tell they at least know what they are doing in that aspect. The results also arrive in a little over a week. So if you need something fast and don’t care about money then by all means go here. Negatives!!!! Our appointment was set for right when they open at 10 AM on a Tuesday. We went in and there was only one other person there. My husband didn’t get seen until 11:30. During that time one of the lady employees had a baby in her arms while she took each patient back. When my husband had to do his pee test she held the pee cup in her hand to pass over to my husband while also holding the baby. I thought baby the baby belonged to the patient and she was being nice but no. She had the baby during our entire visit. They refused to allow me to go back with my husband during the visit which the dr explained was because he needed to ensure his mental stability which I get. But this was for the entire visit like blood draws as well as vaccines. My husband mentioned during the vaccines Dr Savala did not use gloves. We didn’t end up leaving until 1230. Fast forward to getting the results back. The receptionist said we would get the results by the weekend. We called the following Monday and got forwarded to an answering service at 11 AM & 4 PM. The answering service advised the clinic closes at 7 pm. So I drove to the clinic at 645 and the door was locked. So I figured maybe the answering service didn’t have the correct information. The next day- Tuesday exactly a week following our appointment we arrived at the clinic at the exact same time as our previous weeks appointment because we at least knew they would be open. Door was locked. Their hours are posted on a banner saying 10-7.. and the door was locked. So we called the answering service again and the receptionist said they never advised her they would be closed. We left two more messages with the answering service and finally at 330 that Tuesday we received a call asking us to be there by 4. We were 45 minutes away in Boise by this point so that wasn’t possible but we did show up. After reviewing multiple reviews I ensured the correct form was used and we submitted it to the appropriate agencies. I do not recommend this place at all. They are incredibly unprofessional, unsanitary and over priced. Btw: immigration physical cost $700. That’s assuming you are up to date on all shots. If you need shops like tetanus it’s supposedly $150 at Walmart because they don’t do it there. If you are up for a 2 hour drive to mountain home they charge $400 for the same service. So I suggest doing that."
"When we arrived the seceretary was very friendly. Our appointment was for 10:30 but my husband and I waited for 45 minutes 11:15 before we were seen. We were there for the immigration medical exam and it went well. We got our papers in only 2 days! I was pleasantly surprised after hearing bad reviews from others. Fast forward a year later, we need another physical because our interview date was finally set over a year later thus making our I-693 invalid. Called to see about pricing. Another $580! That’s insane. And we just had all shots and tests done less than a year ago. I asked for a copy of our form from our last visit, which I seemed to have misplaced in our last move. $80 for 13 pages. That’s unreasonable"
