"Loved going to bride confidential! It was a small room that was made me feel really comfortable. It was very private because when you book an appointment you’re the only bride there! Definitely read their website to know more about their processes. They have a smaller selection and it’s off the rack so only one size of each. It’s perfect if you want something a little more affordable but still designer. They still had a great range of options as well. The associate was so nice and helpful. My experience was great!"

"I had such a an amazing experience at bride. confidential!!! Lydia was friendly, helpful, not pushy and genuinely wanted me to find the right dress for me. I am so thankful we happened to make an appointment even though it’s not the place I ended up finding my dress. The store is tiny but full of little gems. "I am writing the review I wish I had read before booking an appointment with this bridal shop. Myself and one of my friends drove from the Brookside/Waldo area for an appointment at 12. It is indicated online that they are open 11-7. We arrived around 11:45 and waited outside as the website indicates to do as lights were off in the space. At 12, still no sign of anyone. We waited 10 minutes after 12 for someone to appear and let us in, but that did not happen. There is no phone number to call, and no one from this bridal shop called me to follow up. As busy bride, having my time wasted is not something I appreciate. I would not give this bridal shop my money."

"Had a great time, I knew exactly what designer I wanted so I came in and got the deal I was looking for. This is not the shop for exploring dresses for the first time, but if you know exactly what you want, they were super helpful in helping me find a Sarah Seven dress of my dreams! If you want to look at more inventory, I recommend going to bride.kc first, that's their main store."

"I do not normally write reviews over anything but felt like I needed to for a future bride - the selection is slim to none, the studio is very awkward and really takes away the fun that wedding dress shopping is supposed to have. This was my first stop when dress shopping and it made me feel extremely defeated. I went to another shop immediately after and it was amazing. Also the girl helping us made me feel rushed and did not have a good attitude. I would not waste your time."
