"Waited for 2.5 hours with my mom who has a severe, severe infection. We never even SAW the Dr! The nurse told us to come back in a week. We're not even sure WHAT my poor mother is suffering from! It could be a spider bite, could be MRSA. It's been going on for over a month! Horrible, horrible patient care! Furious. Not acceptable! And she has very good insurance!"
