"So my mother is in horrible pain all the time. Has bad back and leg problems. She is not a driving addict and goes to church regularly And all these so called doctors will do it tell her to take huge amounts of Tylenol which is really bad for you. They are going to cripple her even more. I want to sue them but my mother won't do that. Please if you have had the same experience speak out. The elderly should not be in pain. If anyone knows of somewhere she can go that will help her please tell me so I can get my mom the help she needs so she can live a full life"

"Edited to say: I feel like my care team has improved significantly. Shawntel Yost is literally an Angel sent from Heaven…and I’m an atheist. Tina who is the addiction counselor is a breath of fresh air with how honest and forthright she is. Nurse AWOL (she called herself) is so nonjudgmental it’s almost alarming and Mickey is literally the sweetest dental hygienist that I have ever met in my life. I am pleased with how Chas has upped their game with the providers that they have and I hope it continues and I hope they continue to hire amazing care providers while they up the game on affordable healthcare available to all. I’d like to make a shout out to Mickey the dental hygienist. He really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The front desk people are super nice and helpful as well."

"In the past I’ve had great experiences with this clinic. I had to see a different doctor recently, and unfortunately left feeling incredibly disappointed with the care I was given. The doctor approached a sensitive matter with me in a very insensitive way, which has negatively affected my mental health ever since. I feel as though matters such as weight should be approached in a much gentler way than they were given, as it can be a difficult topic for many people. I’ve typically loved the care I have been given during my visits, but unfortunately have left feeling much differently this time. I met with Dr. Schmidt and left feeling uncomfortable as he compared my size to that of a sumo wrestler. In the moment I felt bewildered by the comment, but as time passed it has been all the more difficult to work through."
