"Not a terrible experience imo. I just wish they could have gotten to the root of the problem. Went there for tooth/gum pain. As someone who is terrified of the dentist they actually did a great job reassuring me and making me feel safe. They didn't judge the condition of my teeth at all, especially after 7+ years of not taking care of them. Which is the reason my rating is so high. While he was right about irritation causing the issue he completely missed the cause. To no fault of his own though he was doing what he could with the symptoms provided. turns out I had an infection caused by my piercings and needed antibiotics. Which I got from another clinic. if you worry about getting judged due to the condition of your teeth this is the place to go. will be going back for regular cleaning"

"This was the only dentist I've been to that I would call good. Everyone was so nice, and the dentist had such a gentle touch he didnt hurt me when he flossed my teeth. Such a better experience than the last time I tried to make a dentist appointment where I use to live."

"I went here in hopes that I could afford to get a crown done at an affordable cost and even with their sliding scale they are more expensive than any other dentist in the area. The sliding scale might work for someone making minimum wage and working part time but anything else you will pay maximum cost and they will not work with you on anything in anyway. I was told they changed the price of the crowns so the CEO's would have bigger bonuses and that really blew my mind that someone would even admit that to me. They also let me come in for an exam without telling me that they don't have space for patients right now so even if they didn't make sure it would not be possible for me to afford it I wouldn't even be able to get the crown for months. The dentist spent maybe two minutes with me and didn't even give me a chance to speak before he was running away. The lady doing the billing kept talking about my old insurance covering fillings I would need which doesn't make sense since I have new insurance. She was so rude to me that I started crying. She wouldn't even listen to me about my insurance. I have honestly never felt so stressed out at a dentist office before."

"I thought it was decent, not knowing much about dentistry myself. But I switched insurances, went to the new place today and I was supposed to have multiple easily preventable things done years ago. These guys really dropped the ball and I'll pay the price for years to come. So if you are questioning if you should go here or another place than probably go elsewhere. Just mho..."
