"I love the Medical center as a whole! Most of the staff is great I have had 2 sore experiences, but the feedback team has taken those experiences seriously."

"Affordable, friendly, caring, and dependable. Usually those four things don't all squeeze into the same description of something as necessary as a healthcare facility or birthing clinic. We received amazing care the entire time and, with the inclusion of health insurance, were able to get that help without spending a life savings. Could not recommend more. Thank you!"

"My daughter was recently born in the Family Birth Center and we had a wonderful labor/delivery/postpartum experience! I am so thankful for all the nursing staff who took care of us; they were all so professional, kind, and supportive. I was listened to, never pressured into anything, and treated with the utmost care and compassion. Nurses Petra, Crystal, and Brenda are absolute gems! Thank you, Gritman, for such a great experience as we brought our baby into the world!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Last night I was sent to the hospital after a suicide attempt. Then was left alone in a white room for an hour and half before I started to freak out again. I was threatened by several staff members, including the doctor. DR. White. Having 2 patients on suicide watch and not being watched is a pretty stupid and unprofessional. I had an autistic meltdown half way through my stay, which ended up being 5 hours long. Which then I was threatened to be strapped down "for mine/others safety." After my meltdown I apologized to the nurses, and when I went to apologize to the doctor, he told me that I almost killed people. Doubt. Dr. White should be fired and have his medical license revoked."

"Went in to the ER on Saturday around 11:30 and left early Sunday morning around 12:50 because I had mastitis and was showing early signs of sepsis. Not sure which male doctor it was but he was an older man with glasses. He was extremely rude and condescending. He was talking to me as if I was some idiot wasting his time. A nurse came in and her first words were "why aren't you letting us help you?" As if I was denying all care and then proceeded to tell me my religious beliefs didn't matter because the doctor was very professional and they didn't try to accommodate me or give me any options for care other than calling an ambulance to take me to an ER in spokane. If they felt they couldn't help me they could have at least explained to me the situation while being courteous and professional and respecting my religious beliefs. Don't they take an oath to respect all religions beliefs? Instead they treated me like a dog and literally told me my religion didn't matter. The doctor also got up abruptly and left the room while I was in the middle of asking him a question. It's not like he couldn't hear me since he made eye contact while sliding the door shut and not even closing the privacy curtain for me. They told me I was risking my life and 'didnt I want to be here for my little girl?' umm yeah could you help me? When I said I was going to leave and find help elsewhere they left the room without saying anything and didn't offer a wheelchair for me to leave in like they had provided for me when I arrived. As my husband and I made our way out almost all the staff were standing outside our room staring at us and the nurse that told me my religion didn't matter said a snarky "hope you feel better hun." Guess what? I'm not dead even though I received no antibiotics because the day after I started taking colloidal silver at home which is not recommended by health care providers since they want to bleed your band account dry. I'm thinking of suing for the discrimination and total lack of professionalism I experienced. I think a few people deserve to be fired"
