"EFFICIENT!!!! Fast, very friendly staff, and efficient. I did not sit down more than 5 minutes and they called me back to the patient rooms. Rachel Evens, my new practitioner, immediately came in, was through, knowledgeable and never made me feel hurried. She even had experience with my condition with is extremely rare. I have been in the medical field my entire life and really enjoyed the office and the care I received from Rachel. THANK YOU"
"Went for my first appointment today to establish care since my previous provider moved. Terrible experience, will not go back. I did not feel heard, was suspiciously questioned about my health choices, and got cut off several times."
"If I could review this place 0 stars I would. It takes them WEEKS to send out a referral. They don’t have a patient portal and nobody ever returns your call, if they do it’s days to a week later. Good luck trying to make an appointment if you aren’t in person because they never answer the phone. I had to get my husband to call and complain to management and suggest a lawsuit was in order to get the ball rolling on a dismissal to get a new PCP because the three weeks they were “working on it” with me wasn’t getting anywhere. Because I requested a dismissal they refused to set up an appointment so I could get a referral for an MRI I desperately need. I was ignored when I initially talked to my NP about my constant body pain, “you’re a new mom, that’s just how it is” turns out, I have fibromyalgia. It took my new doctor one visit with family history to realize that and treat it correctly. If you like feeling like a burden of a patient and enjoy being medically gaslit, go ahead and choose this office, but otherwise steer clear."
"I'm stunned. I called and asked to be a new patient (my old Doctor is leaving). I was asked if I had ever been perscribed a sleeping pill or pain med in the last 12 months. I said yes. I have insomnia. i was advised to take ambien by a doctor. The lady appologized and said they couldn't take me on....Are you serious? I am not exagerating or embellishing this in any way. They really said that. The entire facility won't enroll me because I took an ambien within the last 12 months!!!! I absolutely resent the implications of this. It makes us patients feel defensive, and suspected of being addicts. They didn't even ask how many I took or how often. (spoiler alert: hardly ever). A doctor perscribed this, I didn't even want ambien because I don't like them. But took it on THEIR advise. Now I can't get a doctor to see me. ....what kind of medical system is this?"
"Ok, I shall attempt to give you a shortish version...I was scheduling my yearly physical and when I called the office I stated repeatedly that the earliest I could arrive after work was 3:30pm. I was told "not a problem, we have a later appointment for 3:30". I made the appointment, even got a text reminding me that I had an appointment at 3:30 that day. I had to get a ride to the office that day as my car was recently totaled, so a friend was nice enough to drop me off in Post Falls and told me she would return for me at 4. I go in to check in for my appointment at 3:33 and apologized for being late. I was told by the front desk clerk that she needed to check and see if my NP would still be willing to see me. ??? I was confused. I said "Because I am 3 minutes late?" She told me "No. You have to be here 15 minutes early to check in or they cancel your appointment." I stated that I needed to get a ride there and had specifically told the woman I scheduled the appointment with that I could not be there before 3:30. Apparently, it did not matter. They still would not see me, had canceled my appointment well before what I believed was my scheduled appointment time and I was left waiting outside of the clinic until my ride could return for me at 4. I would understand if my appointment was scheduled at 3:15 and I arrived at 3:30, but my appointment was for 3:30pm. I was very upset and disappointed, and will be looking for a new PCP sadly."
