The nurse however, was very sweet and compassionate. Sorry for the bad review, but this is the most hurt I have ever felt by a medical professional."

"Dr Cook was very rude. My primary Dr sent him all my test results and he he was mad she sent him so many pages. He refused to treat me told me there are other needle pricking Dr I could go to. On his report back to my Dr he refused to send it to my female doctor but sent it to the male Dr when I told him he wasn’t my doctor he said well it’s going to the same office. On his report he recommended that my doctor do some test on me but if he would have looked at the paperwork he would have seen that the test were already done. He is awful and such a mean person. I have since gone to a different infectious disease doctor and getting the treatment I needed. When I told the office about the experience I had with Dr Cook they weren’t surprised and they said I’m not the first one who has had a bad experience with him. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone."
