"Very disappointed in the service and communication between the front desk and the doctor. Going in, I told them that I was not using insurance so they assured me I would get a 20% discount on my procedure. During the consultation the doctor started preparing to send out my results to the lab and bill insurance and I had to stop them to remind them that I was self pay. The staff had to redo the paper work as I was leaving but the price that the doctor quoted was different from the front desk. I paid the balance then 2 weeks later (today) I get a call from the front desk saying that I still owed an additional $20 because they could not give me the discount because it was not a medical procedure. I run a small business and if I did this to my customers, I would be out of business. I will never go back."
