"The operation of this facility is pathetic. I have received better care in 3rd world countries. The facility is more akin to a correctional facility than a hospital. The bedside manner of the provider was atrocious. The way she treated my child left me seething. I can not believe they give her a job, unfortunately we do not get another option in this area for immediate care. I will be driving to Urgent Care in Athol next time. Despite this being 30 minutes more driving for us. Bonner General, I hope you get shutdown."

"I appreciate the staff we worked with, they are doing good in the jobs they are doing. They get every star, however I am unimpressed with Bonner General. There is huge room for improvement in the operation of this facility. I hope someone like IHC acquires the hospital, things need to be turned around. Underfunded, poorly managed, low staff morale."

"My son had broken his arm and we went in to see them and everyone was so nice and helpful. Big 5 stars for beaver who saw my son. He was the best! Everyone helped my son so well. My son is autistic so stuff like this is really a nightmare for us. The staff helped so well and made everything so much better. By the end of the visit my son was happy and laughing with everyone. Thank you!"

"My husband and I needed to be seen for upper respiratory infections… we arrived 15 minutes before they opened, and there were two people ahead of us. It took 1 hour total and we were on our way to the pharmacy. I felt the service/care we received was better than expected after reading the reviews. The NP Jim was very good and thorough. Staff was friendly as well. I will definitely use them again, hopefully not too soon!"

"Unbelievable. I'm usually extremely patient, I know everyone is short staffed, but, I came in for a really bad cough and even tho I wasn't activly coughing they make you wait in a room that the outside door keeps opening and closing with freezing air coming in. If I end up with pneumonia it will be their fault. Inexcusable. Im feeling worse and worse every time that door opens. If you say you aren't coughing the take you right in. Im vaccinated boostered and have had my pneumonia and flu shot."
