"I came to visit my brother yesterday and the second I walked in I noticed the smell of cleanliness, the place was literally shining clean. I met several of the staff who were all very pleasant & accommodating to me. My brother seems to be well taken care of and he is ahead of schedule from what doctors have told us he would be."

"My experience at the hospital was disappointing due to poor cleanliness standards. The facilities appeared unkempt, with visible dirt and unattended mess. This not only raised concerns about hygiene but also impacted the overall sense of well-being during a vulnerable time. Improved attention to cleanliness and maintenance is essential for ensuring a more comfortable and health-focused environment for patients."

"This place was horrible to my cousin treated her so badly would not help her with anything wouldn’t even give her a glass of water. When she finally had enough they decided to abandon her while she did sign out ama they had no right to with hold her diabetic medication or not let her take her walker. This place disgusts me that anyone could treat someone this way making comments and laughing at her. So unprofessional I hope they get in trouble for all of it making a patient feel like that is shameful!!!"

Our daughter Emilee was treated so well by the RT’s, Doctors, Nursing, CNA’s, OT, PT, and speech therapists, nutrition, and those who took care of the building. Emilee was treated as an individual and her care was specifically designed for her needs. We knew when we were gone she was in good hands. We as her parents were also treated with the upmost respect.
