"My son has been coming here since he was little. We love this place! My son doesn’t dread coming here like he did our other dentist. Toothtown is very kid centered, and everyone here loves what they do and that shows."

"I actually really liked Dr. Bunker, he was kind, nice to work with, and patient. However after multiple mistakes by front office I am transferring care. I had my kids scheduled and day of appt received phone call that they were actually with a dentist that does not even accept our insurance. Had checked kids out of school and had to reschedule. Then we had our daughter scheduled for dental work with sedation and two days before found out she had been scheduled with a different dentist of whom we had a previous bad experience with, and we did not get told we were not with Dr Bunker. Waited weeks for that appt, and now have to start all over again unable to get her work done for 6 more weeks. Had they been upfront when the appt was scheduled, we could have gone another route and not been weeks behind. Very frustrated and will not be returning since front office can’t communicate or schedule correctly. I truly understand things happen but communication needs to improve with their front desk/ office manager."

"They were able to get my kids in fast and will see all four of my kids at once. Very sweet and great communication. Answered all my questions. They even sqeezed my daughter in when she wasn't due for an appointment yet. I have only been here once but had an amazing experience with them. The are the best dentist I have gone too so far! They were great with my austic daughter. Highly recommended Tooth Town dental."

"All I was doing is calling for info about getting my 4 yo some help, so I called these folks. A woman answered the phone and didn't even announce it was tooth town, I had to ask and she sounded annoyed when she quickly said "yeah- that's us". I asked if they had the capability to do pediatric anesthesia and she Goffed at me and said "what are you even talking about?" -made me straight up hang up. Totally unprofessional. I would NEVER give this place the time of day if that is how they treat potential/current patients. Happened at 11 am this morning. Shame on you Boise Tooth Town."

"My kids have been going here for a few years now and we have never had a bad experience, they have gone above and beyond when my son needed dental work and made sure he was taken care. My 4 yr old daughter absolutely loves going to the dentist here. The staff is always so kind and patient."
