"In the past year we have had transportation issues. Including medical rides not showing up when scheduled. We missed two appointments because of my van breaking down. After the first missed appointment...the clinic was extremely rude. Every time we would communicate they would remind me they wouldn't see my family if I missed any more. I have six kids. The dentist became very rough with my last two visits. Including calling my son "a baby" for not sitting still. He has autism and ADHD. My teenager told me that he was rough with him and was very mean to the lady helping."

"i waited almost a year to get a filling done for my child. the appointment was scheduled 10 months in advance because thats the soonest they could do. okay. so i wait a year and tell me why, where she got her filling done at, can i no longer get floss through her teeth. to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. to make it more annoying, we no longer even live in Boise so the commute is almost an hour there and back. clearly the dentist and the dental assistants here can not do their jobs correctly and waste their clients time. and let me guess, i will have to pay to get it fixed too and drive all the way back to boise for this. thank you so much Dr. Rogers, for messing up the simplest of jobs that you supposedly went to school for. give yourself a pat on the back."
