"Best quality Zips you can get in town. Plus the only one to have fried burritos. I LOVE THIS ZIP. Atmosphere becomes a 5 star as soon as you open that lobby. I prder food from here about once a week!"
"It's not the Zips you remember.... It's no secret that most of the Zips in the area have different owners, but what they all seem to have in common is that the food isn't good any more. The last thing I got from the Zips in Regal was the 2 for $8 Papa Joe deal. The bun was small, but when I tell you the beef and ham were small, I need to go into more detail. The ham seemed to be a single slice of what comes in those blister packs you get from Walmart or WinCo. I kid you not, you could see through it. The beef had to have been about 2oz maximum. Maybe 2.5 inches across and about 1/8" thick, 3/16 if I'm being super generous. What there was a good amount of was lettuce. So, it has that going for it. Food and labor costs are ridiculous. We all know that. But until something changes, I'll skip Zips from now on."
"I ordered my food and drove home to eat. When I got home I realized they forgot the cheese in my burger. I tried calling but they answered and hung up the phone multiple times. It’s close so I drove back with proof of purchase. When I arrived I was told cheese is extra now and I informed them that the menu stated my burger came with cheese. They told me that’s not the case and If I didn’t like it than not to come back. I asked them if they don’t answer the phone now either and they stated they are too busy, when I was the only car in the drive-thru. I drove off as the customer service was unbelievably garbage. As I’m driving off the employees stood in the windows and flipped me off as another gal employee was clapping her hands and waving her arms for me to come into the building to fight. I have never seen adults behave this poorly and it’s amazing that this place is still in business. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know and posting it on social network. Save your money and go to a location that is actually professional."
"Mr Packer appears to care less! What in the hell has happened to Zips Drive In! The food quality is not only poor, but double frying chicken and fish is against health code guidelines! We ordered two chicken baskets, dry, cold burnt batter, and tasteless. The owner Paul Packer should be ashamed! What a disgrace to Zips legacy in Spokane! $39 for two inedible meals...no way! Disgusting and a reputation killer....happened at Zips 15808 E Sprague Ave."
