"I do not understand the absolute lack of common sense this doctor office has. why on earth would you send out texts advertising flu shots and then make people wait at least over 20 minutes past their appointment to get them? It's a flu shot. It takes like one minute. Don't send out advertising for something that you cannot provide anywhere close to the scheduled time. who knows how long I would've waited for if I would've waited there."
"Super accommodating and professional, although I have an issue with the policy about waiting 15 minutes after COVID shot/booster. Never had a reaction and at other appointments do not have to wait. policy is VERY annoying and disappointed they can't see a way around this. New addition to post after CHAS response: Although CHAS my have an abundance of caution about my health, threatening me with calling the police if I leave before the 15 minute period is not only unethical, I don't believe it is legal. Patients should understand the 15 minute monitoring is voluntary and no police will be involved if the guideline is not followed. I'm downgrading my rating based on this."
"The pharmacy provides no privacy or confidential protection. The waiting room and pharmacy is all one room and when you have a loud speaking technician named Greg verbally berate you in person or over the phone, it wears on you over time. They ask you for your name and date of birth. With a packed waiting room everyone listens. Not only am I giving my name and birthdate but how many medications I’m picking up, if it’s controlled you show your ID, anyone who can put two and two together could figure out who’s getting controlled medications and could follow you out into the parking lot. OR my case today was to get a medication that Greg verbally yelled at me for claiming I was a week early. I said I didn’t need the medication today, but for next week and didn’t know their holiday hours. He snickered and loved to tell me no. Why? Why would anyone in a position like that behave that way? And he does this in person and over the phone. I could sit in that Lewiston waiting area and get anyones info and medications list if I wanted to. Because they, 1 provide absolutely no privacy and 2, employ mean little men like Greg. I have felt my Hipa has been violated so many times dealing with Greg. No one else yells or speaks that loud there but him. I requested he not help me in any further medication fills I may have.I shouldn’t feel embarrassed leaving a pharmacy. I shouldn’t have to dread if Greg answer the phone."
"Extremely unorganized, the front desk ladies were great but Dr. Spener didn't know why I was there. I told him I couldn't take any anti depressants because of a thyroid issue which was the reason for my visit. He walks into the room and says " you're here for anxiety?" And then insists on prescribing and anti depressant. He didn't listen to me at all and didn't even look at my chart to see why I was visiting. For some reason no one in the office wants to give him this feedback so I'm leaving it in a review. The number one skill a pcp should have is active listening. Very disappointed with my experience at this Chaz in particular. I had great experiences in spokane."
"My first appointment and I will not be returning. The nurse that took me to my room and did initial intake was AWESOME. I wish I remembered her name. Awesome bed side manner, did not interrupt me while I was speaking or explaining anything. Things changed drastically after the physician came into my room. She asked another battery of questions similar to the nurse; HOWEVER, she interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain symptoms or situations that exacerbated my symptoms......ALL TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT QUESTION. I understand they are busy and have to get to the next patient, but this kind of treatment is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, she did not listen to my primary complaint and prescribed me something that was the exact opposite of what I needed. She gave me misinformation about the use of the medication just so she could prescribe what she wanted. Makes me wonder if they are getting kickbacks."
