"I'm sure my case would have ended differently if anyone would have taken it but Brian Neville. Unfortunately that was who I spoke to and who ruined the most crucial part of my cases he did not fill out the proper paper work (temporary custody order) and I found that out through the judge at the actual court room after he said... " judge this woman hasn't seen her children in 6 mnths" can u imagine the feeling of embarrassment ok she hasnt seen them but u dont want to file? alHe would promise things but would not follow through like I'llget u visitations this week... 3 mnths later.... and at the end when he really screwed up he ghosted me. that's when Blender took over. I thought (because of the way he spoke to me) I was going to be ok. unfortunately he lost interest in the case because of how bad it was already that he did not fight but settle the case that meant the most to me.... my civil case for my girls. My case was closed in November and do to all the hoops (3 phases)he settled for I have yet to see my girls. When I called to see what I could do because she's scheduling 1 day a mnth counseling and then canceling last minute. What I got on the line is "he doesn't do civil anymore" and recommended someone else... I wish I could say something different. I wish I could say he turned it around and fought till the end but that's not my case . through tears and begging him not to settle not to "let her win" I was told "that was the best we were going to get" so I'm still here at her mercy and no visitations. I have no doubt he can be the person they recommended... but if he doesn't seem invested go with someone who does. I know I wish I would have. I normally don't have regrets but hiring and trusting Neville is definitely one of them and settling with Blender is another. my criminal case should've been dismissed but that I have no complaints on thank you for listening"

"Brian and Cheryl were the worst lawyers one could get. They promised and assured me on multiple occasions for example they could subpoena certain phone records and in another point use certain criminal records (child endangerment) of the other party in court and in every instance they could not and/or got shut down by the other lawyer. It was a bold face lie or complete ineptness which cost me thousands in man hours. The kicker is we go to family court and Brian walks in completely ill prepared. The other lawyer had a full custody plan built out that wholly benefited the other party and Brian had a blank pad of paper. He then "advised it was good plan" and I should go with it even though it reduced my existing custody substantially and cost me much more in child support! This is my own counsel! Total cost was almost 9K and I lost so much. It has taken me about 8 years and two more court modifications to get back what I lost from this firm, which also goes to show I should have never lost it in the first place. Steer very, very clear of any family law counsel, you have been warned. They run on empty promises, undeliverables and billable hours."
