"I arrived here on 02042024 at around 1045. I told the lady who was cutting my hair (I don't remember her name, she was older) .5 inches off the top, and skin fade on the sides. Everything seemed to go smoothly until the end, when she added gel into my hair. Which #1 I did not ask for, #2 I do not put products like that in my hair, and #3 Is not allowed at my job. But anyhow I didn't make a fuss, and I paid and left. I come back home toward the later part of the day, take a shower and wash the gel off. What do I find? She absolutely butchered my hair and used the gel as a cover up. Nothing on my hair is even. I look like a darn porcupine up top, I can't even do my normal part *hair style* because the front is now uneven, and not to mention she entirely missed the back of my neck. Now I have to go into work tomorrow (a very professional setting) and apologize to my supervisor for how absolutely horrible I look, and promise to get it taken care of at my local greatclips on Broadway. Who have always done a fine job unlike this one. I am not wanting the Derby Great Clips to have me brought in to fix this issue. I don't ever want to go back to them again. What I want is a complete refund, including TIP."

"Called ahead to be on list. They texted me 15 minutes before they were ready for me. I walked in and checked in and they took me rightbackfor my haircut. Good job on the haircut and excellent value."

"They're online checking system isn't worth it I had to wait an hour and 5 minutes and then even when I got to the location I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because there was only 2 stylers.. why ?"

"At first the staff was friendly but the lady my teenage son got to cut his hair was very rude to him and butchered his hair. As soon as we got into the car he almost cried. He spent years growing it out and was specific how many inches he wanted off and she gave him a very short traditional cut and told him how gross his hair was because there was box dye in it and it’s thick and curly so it’s was hard to brush dry. To top it off the floor was disgusting there was tobacco pouches on the floor and look like it had never been vacuumed. The young man at the counter was very kind, and the price wasn’t bad (if she had done a good job) that’s the only plus side! I’m sure not all the stylists were bad but he was not happy with her."
