"Cannot speak to how well they do there with hair as I couldn't even get to that point. SO all I have to go off of is lacking in customer service in being able to schedule an appointment or even having them call me back. In short I was not able to schedule an appointment... I just keep getting the run around to call back, when I had already called in and left name and number and was told I would get a call back. So I tried to schedule via messaging only to be told to call again. I guess I don't understand why they would not return my call to begin with or why I need to keep calling in. Or why from the beginning they wouldn't let me schedule an appointment for a future date as a new client."
