"They didn’t listen to what I was wanting done. They did a very basic job. My nails are uneven and different lengths. I’m just not impressed with this business. I don’t recommend."

"DO NOT COME HERE I used to come here and as time has gone on they have gotten worse. Not only that but tonight really broke my trust with this place. They close at 7. We got here at 4:50 pm we waited TILL 7PM. There were three of us that got here to get our nails done. We picked colors and had designs. We were ready to go. They kicked us out because they were closing, they only did ONE of THREE of us and they didn’t even start till about 6pm. People kept coming in after us 2 were appointment and the rest were just coming in. They took everyone else before us. We came from Wichita because they were cheaper than the place in Wichita and my best friend was bringing her, her sister-in law, and me to this place to show her how great they were (my best friend and I have been here before). Well today they proved us wrong. We will not come back this is incredibly ridiculous and aggravating. If you had appointments and were gonna take everyone but us you could’ve just said so. They should’ve just said to leave instead of wasting 2 hours of our time sitting around while her sister in law is only visiting for a week smh. Oh and one last thing, on their pearl board, a lady said she could do the color but not the designs shown. Why tf would you show a design you can’t even do that’s just false advertising and stupid as hell."

"My gel nails ended up cracking and falling off a day after getting them done, they also cut my finger/cuticle and it's super sensitive now. I would not go back again because of this. Pedicure is fine."

"this isn't the Diva from the days Annie owned it. I will only go back if Donna is available. the lady who was doing my granddaughters pedi had her child there and had to stop every 15 min to tend him. the lady who did her nails used the wrong color and continued to do so after she pointed it out. I had Eric and he kept looking at his phone. prices have gone up and service down. very disappointing when you drop 100.00 and this is what you get. just not the same."

"My friend and I both had appointments at 5 pm and we both had to wait over an hour before even being acknowledged. I was so disappointed. They weren’t very friendly on top of it. I do NOT recommend and won’t return. I don’t understand why an appointment is advised when they take walk ins over those who make an appointment."
