"Tyler, Spencer, Ryan at this Verizon store literally saved my bacon!! My phone was so messed up I’ve been struggling with it for months. I went in and Tyler met me at the door and immediately started working on my phone. These guys were totally amazing! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! "Last year we took part in an offer from Verizon to upgrade our phones. There was a deal, upgrade your old phone and get a 5g phone on Verizon. We did everything in store including leaving our phones at the store for the agent to send them back. To do this Verizon charges you the cost of the phone on the bill and then credits that cost back each month. We did this deal in 2 of our lines, one of the lines has everything correct and the other line has NOT been getting the credit. We reached out to Verizon who told us we had to go to the store where we traded in the phone. The store manager has been great about helping us although we go weeks without hearing anything as far as following up. The issue is still not resolved. The store manager has been told it will be fixed but yet it has NOT. He talks to someone else who says they will correct it but then they come back and say it can’t be done because the phone was not returned in the time it was supposed to be. This mistake is solely on the store/agent who helped us as we left the phone with him. This agent was let go or left sometime after we were in upgrading our phones. We are not happy with the lack of follow up/communication and that several months later we are still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Again, the mistake is on the store/agent so we as the customer should not be having to go through this for as long as we have. We have been Verizon customers for many years…….AT&T has been trying really hard to get us to switch to them. To be honest, it’s not seeming like a bad idea to switch to them with how long this issue is taking to get resolved with Verizon."
