"My five year old got sent home from school for being sick. She was throwing up, coughing and running a little fever. Plus her ear was hurting extremely bad. So I took her straight to the Xpress wellness. “Was told by a dillons pharmacist employee Not to go here! But I didn’t listen.. The nurse practitioner prescribed my daughter asthma medicine. Nobody in mine or my wife’s family has asthma.. I push for her to proceed to look at my daughters ear and she said “it’s fine”. I kept pushing it and she finally did take a look and said “oh with the bigger piece I can see better and she does have a lot of fluid and it’s red..”so then I thought she would prescribe something for that and said “No and with all my years of schooling, I know what I’m saying” that’s when the argument starts. She proceeds to explain to me “she went to school”.. I told her I would leave this review then all the ladies at the front desk were egging it on saying “go ahead leave” get out” “no one cares”. I literally got verbally attacked by each one. I said I’m going to another doctor and they said “good”. So I went. That new doctor said do not give your daughter that asthma medicine! Said she didn’t even know why this nurse practitioner would prescribe it.. Went on to prescribe antibiotics for my daughter instead. Hopefully this will help someone else."
