"They’re supposed to be open until 7, I came at 6 and the workers had closed and where just parked outside chilling in their cars, they didn’t even bother to get out of their vehicles and tell me they were closed."
"Second time going there just needing a tire patch with a small/tiny hole. Both time wanted to convince me I need a new tire. First time 3 workers and the lady tried to get me to buy a new tire and said if I didn’t I wasn’t suppose to drive. Left both time and husband patched it himself after work. Get a second opinion before buying anything from them."
"These people dented and cracked the paint on the bottom of my car door. (Car has 130,000 miles with zero cosmetic dammage well untill now) To hide the dammage they scuffed the area with a tire. I detailed my car and didn't notice it untill weeks later. On top of this they overtightned my drain plug. I moved 3 hours away and my closest Walmart is now 45 min away. Simple as cracking the drain plug, this other Walmart won't stand behind their umbrella companies work. These people take no ownership or pride in any of the work they do. Never again..."
"I have always gone to Walmart for all of my needs for tires oil changes brakes whatever it was. I will never return to liberal Walmart where I was hung up on and form there was a major issue with my car and when I arrived it was just wires showing on a tire when I go forget it put the tire back on I am ready to go home I've been at work since 1:00 a.m. he proceeds to lock me out of my vehicle I had to then break into my own vehicle from fault that I was locked out and they would not be doing anything for the issue. Had I just been told when I was out that it was a tire I would have asked him to replace it but by the time I drove all the way back I was exhausted. Will never return again I am sure that makes the service tech. Happy however that is how you lose business smirking at an hoenst compaint by someone you hung up on."
