"I had a room with one queen bed. The room was very small, but it was nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hot tub was closed, which was a disappointing. Also, the exercise room was being renovated, so it was barely usable. The location is just off I-70 and easy to get to from the highway. I would stay here again if I were coming through the area."

"I was assisted to day by Ruby, and she was very patient and helpful. The rooms here definitely took me by surprise, they are nicely decorated and comfortable and my room was nicely cleaned too. Thank you Hilton staff!"

"Avoid this hotel at all costs… I booked this room for 11/29/23 as a Dimond Member and received confirmation of stay. I digitally checked in and stated I would arrive after 10pm as coming in on late flight and driving from DEN. Arrived at 1am only to find the front desk attendant waiting for my arrival. She immediately stated “Hello, friend you’re going to be mad at me as I have no room for you as we are under construction.” I obviously was taken back and asked, do you have another location setup for me “No” (this is standard procedure for Hilton locations on top of paying for other location). Why did I receive no phone call or e-mail or text? She just shrugged her shoulders like it was no big deal. Proceed to the Comfort Inn where I was greeted appropriately and provided a room. Called Hilton CS next day and explained the situation; Hiton discussed with location only to find out they knew they didn’t have a room due to construction, but did not block out the rooms. They actually marked me as a no-show, charged the room to my account and never refunded. Hilton corporate has made this right, (refunded the charge from this incompetent location and paid for my room at the Comfort Inn), but this location made zero effort to make anything right and even lied to Hilton about not having my information. This Hilton/Hampton location is the most incompetent hotel I’ve ever experienced, avoid like the plague."

"Well, for start when we get there we find out the pool is closed to late to find another hotel, then the next morning after a poor excuse for a breakfast, and had to ask the employees hidding in the managers office to please make more food at 180 a night in colby Kansas I find out that the gym is closed to. Was not happy with my stay, and most of the staff was for a lack of better words was rude and lazy."

"This is a really nice hotel. The rooms are small, but modern. Would have received 5 stars if all amenities were accounted for…based on price, details matter."
