"I was on a cross country trek from Savannah, GA to Denver, CO when the AC compressor blew in my 07 Jeep. The bearings were shot and I had to find a place quickly and within reasonable distance to get it fixed and back on the road. The O'Reilly's in Colby, KS was only an hour away so I called them up asking them if they had the parts I needed. They said they did and off I went hoping I would make it. It was extremally hot out and I had my dog with me. When I pulled in an hour later I was hot, miserable, and tired. They allowed me to bring my pup into the store to cool down a bit while we looked for the parts. I able to get only 1 of the 2 parts I needed so I had to improvise and bypass the AC compressor which means I needed a shorter belt. Austin spent more than an hour assisting me and after what felt like an eternity in a town I didn't know we got it back up and running. I can't thank the crew enough for helping out a complete stranger and their dog to get back on the road."
