"Overcharged and overpriced; front counter charged us for a 2 bedroom when we stayed in a 1 bedroom and refused to make it right. This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at on my entire cross country trip and the room/service was completely underwhelming. Every staff member I talked to seemed flustered and dismissive, rather than helpful and welcoming like other places I've been. All the positive reviews seem fake. Room service knocked on my door twice before check out time which made us feel very rushed. Additionally, apparently they don't have complimentary breakfast despite their site saying that they do? It was just continuous inconsistency and them not honoring anything *their* site said. So I'm really not sure what I paid so much for. I'm really unhappy with how much I paid and how little I received."

"This place is great! Newly Renovated!!!! Super comfy (new mattress) bed with soft sheets, really genuinely nice people, a bar and restaurant with good food, and room access to the outside. These observations sound common but this is uncommonly remarkable."

"This hotel is going through some exciting renovations. In the meantime they still provide a very warm and comfortable space. The staff at the front desk, in the Tap Lounge, and even the construction workers were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room itself was super comfortable and affordable. The bed provided the best nights sleep I've had in quite a while. Hands down the best hotel in the Ontario area. I will definitely be staying here again on my next stint in the area and will recommend it to anyone else needing a good night's rest that is passing through."
